Photographer at Large was engaged to photograph the QUT Business Leaders’ Forum 2026 at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC), capturing the speakers, leadership conversations, audience engagement and professional networking that bring together Brisbane’s business community for this established event series.

Presented by Queensland University of Technology (QUT), the Business Leaders’ Forum has been part of Brisbane’s corporate and leadership landscape for more than two decades. The series brings prominent business and industry leaders to Brisbane to share their experiences and perspectives on leadership, innovation, economic and social change, and the issues influencing organisations today.

Held in the Plaza Terrace Room at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, the Forum combines an executive speaker program with a significant networking component, bringing together business leaders, senior executives, professionals and guests from organisations across Brisbane and Queensland.

Capturing the People, Conversations and Experience

Our photography coverage was designed to document both the formal program and the broader experience of the QUT Business Leaders’ Forum. This included the featured speakers and presentations, on-stage conversations, audience reactions and engagement, Q&A, event branding and room atmosphere, together with the professional connections taking place before, during and after the main program.
